• Move On Removals has a one hour minimum for moving and a 3 hour minimum for our pack
& wrap services, we then charge in half hour increments thereafter. We charge for the time we work only!

INFORMATION ABOUT DEPOT FEES
We do not charge depot fees based on travel time. Instead we charge a small fixed rate fuel charge based on mileage. This is provided up front and at the time of your booking – no surprises!
General price guide for distances calculated from the CBD are:
0-5 kms: free of charge
5-15 kms: $20 one off fuel charge fee
16-30 kms: $40 one off fuel charge fee
31-45 kms: $60 one off fuel charge fee
For any pick up or drop off addresses more then 45 kms from the CBD please consult our bookings team.
• Night charges are calculated at an additional $20 per hour for 2 men, $30 for 3 men and $40 for 4 men, per hour after 5pm
• Toll Charges: CityLink & EastLink will incur an extra $15 per trip.
• Stair charges do not apply for the first flight of stairs at either the pick-up and drop-off locations. For every flight of stairs thereafter, there is a small charge of $10 per flight. This is charged based on the time worked on those stairs only.
All payments must be made on completion of the job. If the job is to be completed over multiple days, payment is required on completion of every day worked.
We accept cash & credit card payments, excluding American Express & Diners.
48 hours cancellation policy applies. If you provide less than 48 hours notice of cancellation then we will charge you 3 hours of work at the hourly rate booked.

The special rate applies to pick-up and delivery from these organizations to your intended delivery address only.
